Who has picks?
Just as we must keep track of rosters, we also must keep track of who owns what draft picks. On our Rosters link you’ll now see a listing of what extra draft picks are owned by each franchise.

Heat sends Sura to Akron for R. Harper.
Aces send Ervin Johnson to Richmond for A. Houston.
Austin sends D. Wilkins and Dudley to Maulers for Ratliff & Maulers' 2nd pick.
Bombers send B. Barry, Pack & Perry to Maulers for Donyell Marshall, K. Anderson & Dazzlers' 2nd pick.
They go into effect Feb. 25.

I'm missing stats from Segments 1-4 here. You’ve had long enough to get ‘em to me. I ain’t gonna nursemaid you. Don't let a late coach make you late. I won't give you points and I'll let you autoplay games if you let me know what's happening. It's your responsibility to stay on time, not mine.
Email me the .gfl files ASAP to avoid more points.
A gentle reminder to everyone, including the two new coaches: We should be all caught up by now. Unless you hear or read otherwise from me, any stats that are a month behind will earn coaches’ penalty points. Any games more than 6 weeks behind will be autoplayed.
However, don’t autoplay any games until you check with me or the newsletter first.

Jeff Stahl’s stats
A reminder: We are all doing manual game files for the games Jeff Stahl plays against us. I need copies of those game files from the first five segments. If I don’t get ‘em, it’s penalty points.
Late results and instructions kill play-by-mail leagues. We all have to work together to stay on time. If you can’t stay on time, you can’t stay in the SABL.

Goodbye Frank
Coach Frank Pennylegion in Seattle has bought a new house and must be Mr. Fix-It for about six months. That means he has to leave the SABL for awhile. We wish him good luck and hope to see him back with us next season.
That gives us another franchise available ASAP. If you have any computer playing friends that wish to take over a very good team, have ‘em email me or phone me now!
