SABL 1997-98 league disk ready
You can now download our new 1997-98 SABL league disk from our web site. Just click on the "League Files" link above and the new sabl.exe file will download into your computer.
This file contains all 20 SABL teams with the up-to-date post-draft rosters. I will be updating this file every month with stats and trades.
After downloading, you must install these files into your c:\SOMBK\LEAGUES directory. When you do, presto! You will have our SABL league automatically set up in your Strat-O-Matic game. It’ll show up in the game as "1997-98 S."
The sabl.exe file will automatically install your SABL 1997 league. All you have to do is double-click on the sabl.exe file in Windows 95 or if your’re in DOS, type sabl at the command prompt.
If you’ve installed your SOM game in another hard drive, such as "d:", make sure and specify that directory instead when you are installing it.

You must download and use this sabl.exe file to play all SABL league games. Everyone’s SABL league must be exactly the same for the game’s statistical process to work. So please get started on this NOW!

Panthers send Smits and M. Bryant to Bombers for Elie and the Bombers' 1997 & 1998 1st picks.

1997 Draft Results
Check 'em out on the link above! Our annual draft went smoothly and everyone had a lot of fun. I hope our SABL coaches got the players they wanted.
The next important date on our schedule is 11:59 p.m., Nov. 2. That's when our post draft trading period ends and rosters freeze for schedule Segments 1-3.
